1. Seller Verification 🔐
To list on the SE7 Portal, sellers may be required to verify their domain, email address, phone number, and passport or government-issued ID. Additional information may be requested when necessary.
2. SE7 Product ID 🆔
After the required verification and listing information are completed, the seller and listing can be synced with the SE7 Portal and assigned an SE7 Product ID. This ID helps identify the listing within the SE7 ecosystem.
3. No Misconduct 🚫
Fraud, scams, false information, manipulation, harassment, fake transactions, or other misconduct is prohibited. SE7 may restrict, suspend, or remove listings or accounts that violate marketplace rules.
4. Sell What You Advertise ✅
Sell exactly what you say you are selling. The product or service must match the description, photos, specifications, condition, quantity, and other information provided in the listing.
5. Ready in Hand & Ready to Ship 📦
Physical products advertised as available should be in the seller's possession and ready to ship. Do not advertise an item as immediately available if you do not have it available for fulfillment.
If a product is made-to-order, customized, pre-order, or requires additional preparation, this must be clearly disclosed.
6. Accurate Product Condition 🔎
Sellers must clearly state whether an item is new, used, refurbished, custom-made, collectible, or pre-owned. Any important defects, damage, missing parts, or other relevant conditions must be disclosed.
7. Accurate Seller & Listing Information 📋
Sellers must provide accurate information about their identity, business, contact details, products, services, pricing, availability, shipping, and fulfillment.
8. Fulfill Your Orders 🤝
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders according to the terms advertised. If an unexpected issue occurs, sellers should contact Sport Emporium7 as soon as possible so we can communicate with the buyer and help resolve the situation.
9. 7% Marketplace Commission 💰
Sport Emporium7 charges a 7% commission on successful sales made through the marketplace. Applicable taxes and other transaction-related charges are not included unless otherwise stated.
Before listing, sellers should understand and accept the applicable marketplace fees.
10. Contact SE7 Before Posting 📧
If you are unsure about verification, product eligibility, listing requirements, shipping, fees, or another marketplace issue, contact us before posting.
SE7 may review listings and take appropriate action when marketplace requirements are not followed.
